Why should you speak to Jim as a Children's Entertainment Consultant or Public Speaking Coach?

 

Well, Jim trained professionally as an actor in Newcastle Upon Tyne and moved closer to London in 1997, immediately landing a role in Aladdin at The Harlow Playhouse.

 

In 1999, having perfomed for a variety of local theatre companies, he took up the first of many teaching posts. This was leading the Acting classes for Harlow Ballet, run by Michael and Henriette Branwell.

 

Between then and now, Jim seems to have covered nearly everything - an accomplished puppeteer (trained by Star Wars veteran Brian Herring), voice-over artist (he has been the voice of Tristan The Tractor at Willows Activity Farm for over 10 years), stand-up comedy (as his alter-ego 'Bambarumba'), theatre writer/actor/producer/director and an establised drama tutor (from beginners to BTEC level 3).

Jim has been using his skills and enthusiasm to educate and entertain throughout his adult life and feels his core elements (Theatre Shows, Improv Comedy, CWC and Santa On Zoom) enable Thompson Promotions to cover all his skills that everyone should experience!
